Load one shoe per bag
Loosen the laces, take out the insoles, and slide one shoe into each bag. A bag measures 15.4 × 7.5 in (39 × 19 cm) flat.
Zip it closed
Tuck the zipper pull under its fabric tab so the bag stays shut while it tumbles.
Run a normal wash, then air-dry
Use a cold cycle with your usual detergent. Hang the bag by its loop and let the shoes air-dry fully.
One shoe per bag
Soft on the shoe. Hard on the dirt.
A plain mesh bag only holds the shoe. WashPair's chenille lining wraps around it, so every turn of the drum brushes the shoe and pads it from the drum.
360° Strand Scrub
Soft chenille strands line the inside walls of the bag and brush the shoe as it rolls in the drum.

Will it really get my sneakers clean?+
Fair question: it's a bag, not magic. Your washer does the cleaning, and the strands brush the shoe as it tumbles, which helps with everyday dirt on mesh, knit and canvas. Old yellowing or set-in stains may need a pre-treat. Not happy? Full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Why not just buy a cheap mesh bag?+
If price is all that matters, a mesh bag is the cheaper pick. It holds the shoe, and that's it. WashPair adds chenille strands that brush the shoe as it tumbles and padding between the shoe and the drum.
Is WashPair a real store? I've never heard of you.+
We're new, so it's smart to ask. WashPair is a small Wyoming-registered business. Email support@washpair.com and a real person replies within 1 business day. Every order has tracking, checkout runs on Shopify, and refunds don't need a return.
Why does delivery take 2–3 weeks?+
Orders ship from our partner's warehouse overseas in 1–3 business days, then take about 10–15 days to arrive. That's how shipping stays free and two bags stay at $39.99. You get tracking by email. If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, we reship or refund.
Could washing ruin my sneakers?+
Machine washing is never zero-risk, so here's the honest version. Heat is the usual problem, so use a cold cycle and let shoes air-dry. Skip anything the care label says not to wash. The bag pads the shoe, but it can't change what the shoe is made of.
Will it bang around or hurt my washer?+
The bag is soft chenille, and the zipper pull tucks under a fabric tab. Add a towel or two to balance the load, especially in top-loaders. Some machine makers advise against washing shoes at all, so check your manual first.
Can both shoes go in one bag? Will mine fit?+
Each bag is made for one shoe, so the shoe has room to tumble while the strands brush it. That's why every pair pack comes with two. A bag measures 15.4 × 7.5 in (39 × 19 cm) flat; bulky high-tops may be a tight fit.
Can I put it in the dryer?+
We recommend air-drying. Hang the bag by its loop until the shoes are fully dry. Dryer heat can warp foam soles and loosen glue, with or without a bag.
What if it doesn't work for me?+
Then you shouldn't pay for it. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we refund you in full within 3 business days. No forms, and you don't need to send the bags back. One no-reason refund per household.
