Overview
This website is operated by WashPair ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Refund policy are part of these Terms.
1. Using our store
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree not to use the store for any illegal purpose, and not to interfere with its security or operation.
2. Products and descriptions
We try to show our products as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. Sizes are approximate.
WashPair bags are made to help clean washable shoes in a home washing machine. Please follow the care instructions on our product page: use a cold cycle and air-dry. Do not use the bags for leather, suede or other shoes that are not machine-washable. Some washing machine makers advise against washing shoes, so check your machine's manual first. The bag cushions the shoe, but it cannot change what the shoe is made of.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Multi-pair savings are applied automatically in your cart. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order you have already placed.
You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, so we can complete your order and contact you if needed.
4. Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order, or limit quantities, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a clear pricing error, or if an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Errors and changes
Sometimes our store may contain typos, mistakes or out-of-date information about products, prices or delivery times. We may correct them and update information at any time without notice, including after you have placed an order. If a correction affects your order, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
7. Third-party services
We use third-party services to run our store, such as payment processing and shipping. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only, and we are not responsible for their content.
8. Reviews, comments and feedback
If you send us reviews, comments, photos or ideas, you allow us to use, edit and publish them in connection with our store, without payment to you. Please do not send anything that is unlawful, misleading, or that you do not have the right to share. We will never invent reviews or present them as coming from real customers.
9. Intellectual property
The WashPair name, website design, text and images belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
10. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our store and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those stated in our policies or required by law. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WashPair will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not be more than the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to hold WashPair harmless from claims caused by your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
13. Severability and changes
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. The version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.
